The club’s objective is to bring like-minded people together to provide humanitarian services in the spirit of friendship and international collaboration. RCPI unites individuals from many different nations, including expatriates who live in Prague as well as many Czech members who have had international experience or exposure in their lives.

Raising funds to help others is a large part of what we do, but we also use our skills, energy and enthusiasm to help others by more direct action. These activities can range from helping a charity to repaint its premises to teaching English to disadvantaged people and children. Our club members make up a wealth of talent ranging from design, finance, accountancy, language skills, coaching, legal skills, social work and many more and we are proud to be able to use these skills in the name of Rotary to help others.

Being part of Rotary is more than just giving back to the community by volunteering. It is also about you bringing your skills, experience and enthusiasm to help Rotary thrive, whilst making some great friends along the way. Our club is a friendly place where we meet, discuss and listen to speakers from a wide range of backgrounds who share their knowledge, increasing our social and cultural understanding. Our members also share a common interest in making new friends and if you visit one of our events or meetings you will immediately feel the sense of camaraderie and fun in an English speaking and international environment.

RCPI became a chartered Rotary Club in January 1998 and is the only English-speaking International club in Prague. The club is part of the Czech and Slovak Rotary district no. 2240 which has more than 70 other member clubs.
